Requests for Internship Agreements - M1 Informatique, ENS Paris Saclay

Procedure as of December, 2021

  1. Go to the serveur pédagogique and submit the information about your internship: advisor, location, precise dates, and a proper internship description.
  2. Ask your tutor to notify me so that I can validate this data.
  3. Follow the instructions on the intranet of ENS Paris-Saclay (students) > Mes études > Pendant votre formation > Stages http://intranet.ens-paris-saclay.fr/version-francaise/mes-etudes/pendant-votre-formation/stage-en-laboratoire-et-entreprise--60361.kjsp?RH=1629900147080 and http://intranet.ens-paris-saclay.fr/version-francaise/international/partir-en-stage-a-l-international--418565.kjsp?RH=1202742679402. Some tips:
    • If you are not comfortable with French administrative language, contact me.
    • Enseignant-e référent-e (ENS Paris-Saclay): mettre mon nom et email, pas de numéro de téléphone.
    • Durée hebdomadaire du stage: 35 heures.
    • Montant de la gratification: à vérifier avec votre encadrant; une gratification est exclue pour les normaliens élèves, elle est obligatoire (minimum légal) pour un stage étudiant en France.
    • Section 1 (L'organisme d'accueil): ne mettez pas n'importe quoi, demandez à votre encadrant les bonnes informations; le représentant légal n'est pas l'encadrant de stage ou un personnel administratif, plutôt un directeur d'université.
    • Section 5 et 6 (activités et compétences): précisez bien que le stage si le stage est en télétravail (éventuellement partiellement); les modalités d'encadrement peuvent être email, téléphone, réunions; pour l'évaluation, indiquez rapport et soutenance; pour les activités et compétences, mettez ce que vous voulez: lecture d'articles scientifiques, compréhension de l'état de l'art, proposition de nouvelles techniques, formalisation, etc.
  4. Eventually you will receive by email an internship agreement (contract) to be signed (electronically) by:
    • yourself and your tutor;
    • the M1 head (that's me, and I won't sign unless the internship has been approved, see item 1 and 2);
    • representatives of the school and the host institution.
